Public sale of real estate in accordance with art. 487, para. 6 of the GPC has been announced. The sale will take place on 06.03.2023 until 17:00 in Nova Zagora District Court. The real estate is a regulated land property with an area of 575 sq.m, located in 16 sq.m. of Matsa village, Radnevo municipality. In the property is located a shopping site with an area of 206.00 sq.m, including a brewery (122.00 sq.m.) and a mixed shop (84.00 sq.m.). The property is mortgaged in favor of the applicant and has been banned in favour of different organizations. The starting selling price is BGN 7920. A bet of 10% of the starting price is required for participation in the sale. The bidding proposals are submitted in an opaque envelope in the office of the District Court - Nova Zagora. The withdrawal of the proposal is only possible before the end of the deadline for submission. At the opening of the proposals, the bids can increase the price by one round. The buyer of a property over 30 000 BGN must present a declaration according to the ZMI. Views of the property can be made after prior arrangement with CSI. The bidding proposals will be opened in the District Court - Nova Zagora.
