Auction sale of farmland in Bliznets, district Tvarditsa

Public sale of real estate, organized by the court contractor Gergana Grozeva, was announced on the basis of Art. 487, SGC. The sale will take place on 22.02.2023 in the District Court of Sliven and will be presented four divided real estates in the village of Bliznets, Tvarditsa municipality, Sliven district. 1. The first property is land with identifier 04443.40.1, with area of 3299 sq.m., intended for agricultural levels, with initial price of 805 616 BGN. 2. The second property has identifier 04443.43.12, with area of 3698 sq.m., purpose for a vineyard, with initial price of 803 704 BGN. 3. The third property has identifier 04443.64.9, with area of 4722 sq.m., intended for agricultural levels, with initial price of 808 408 BGN. 4. The fourth property has identifier 04443.70.15, with area of 2602 sq.m., intended for agricultural levels, with initial price of 688 408 BGN. In order to participate in the sale, the bids must submit a bid in the amount of one tenth of the starting price of the property. The proposals shall be submitted to the judicial office by 22.02.2023 until 17:00. The bid will be held on 23.02.2023 at 15:00 in the District Court of Sliven. The highest price will be recorded in the protocol, which will be drawn up according to the provision of Art. 492, para.1 of the GPC. In the case of participation of more than one buyer, the price may be increased by a higher step, according to Art. 492, para.2 of the PDK.
