Public sale of real estate, owned by B.A.O., was announced to satisfy the claim of the Municipality of Strazhitsa. The first property is located in the village of Sushitsa, the municipality of Strazhitsa and includes a regulated land estate with an area of 1970 sq.m., on which are built house and other buildings. The second property has an area of 1630 sq.m. and includes a residential building with an area of 66 sq.m. and improvements. The properties are located in quarter 125 according to the detailed planning of the village. The initial prices for public sale are BGN 4,876,00 and BGN 5,40,00 respectively. Comments to the properties include information about their condition - the first property has no buildings built, and on the second property the residential building is unfit for operation and is under repair. On the properties there are recorded bans in favor of the Municipality of Strazhitsa. The interested parties can review the materials of the case after payment of a fee of 24,00 BGN in the office of the Private Judicial Contractor in Veliko Tarnovo. A view of the properties can be carried out during the public sale every Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. The call for participation in the public sale shall be 10% of the starting price and shall be paid in advance to a specified account. The sale will take place on 05.07.2024 at the Gorna Oryahovitsa District Court. The bids must be presented in a sealed envelope, and the winner will be announced on the spot in the presence of the appearers. If the price is not paid within the time limit, the claim shall be held for retention and shall be declared as the buyer of the bidder who has offered the next highest price. The buyer must present his funds in accordance with the legal requirements.
