Public sale of real estate, owned by B.A.O., is announced in the village of Sushitsa, the municipality of Strazhitsa. The first property is regulated land property with an area of 1970 sq.m, including house and other buildings, with initial price of 4 876,00 BGN. In view of this, the buildings have been demolished, and the terrain has been cleared. The second property is a regulated plot of land with an area of 1630 sq.m, including a residential building with an area of 66 sq.m., at an initial price of 5 440,00 лв. During the examination it is established that the residential building is unfit for operation and is under repair. Repair of walls, ceilings, windows, installations, roof and external plaster is necessary. Over the properties there are prohibited in favor of the Municipality of Strazhitsa. The interested may visit the office of the Private Judicial Contractor in Gorna Oryahovitsa to review the materials in the case after payment of a fee of 24,00 BGN with VAT. A property view can be done every Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. The contribution to the public sale is 10% of the starting price and must be submitted in advance. The purchase proposals are submitted in a sealed envelope at the Gorna Oryahovitsa District Court. The sale will take place on 05.07.2024 at 09:00 at the Gorna Oryahovitsa District Court. If the buyer does not submit the price within the set deadline, the bidder offered the next highest price shall be declared as the buyer. The buyer must present the funds according to the legal requirements.
