The sale will take place between 07.10.2024 and 07.11.2024 in the office of the District Court-Silistra. The properties to be sold include: 1. 1/5 ideal parts of land property in Smilets village, Silistra municipality, with identifier 67526.35.16, with starting price 7 376.00лв.; 2. 1/5 ideal parts of land property in Smilets village, Silistra municipality, with identifier 67526.15.28, with starting price 8 768.00лв.; 3. 1/5 ideal parts of land property in Smilets village, Silistra municipality, with identifier 67526.9.23, with starting price 3 600.00лв.; 4. 1/5 ideal parts of land property in the village of Prof. Ishirkovo, Silistra municipality, with identifier 58699.60.25, with starting price 3 888.00лв. The properties are agricultural, with different categories and uses. All eligible guests can look at the properties every Monday and Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00 during the public sale. The fee for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price and is imported in advance by bank transfer. The biders can only offer a price once. The bidding proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the office of the District Court-Silistra. The bidding proposals may be withdrawn until the end of the sale. Proposals below the starting price or exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid. The results of the bidding will be announced on the next working day in the presence of the bids.
