The properties to be sold include: 1. 1/5 ideal parts of land property with identifier 67526.35.16 in the village of Smilets, Silistra municipality, with area of 16009 sq.m., lasting purpose agricultural, starting price 7 376.00лв. 2. 1/5 ideal parts of land property with identifier 67526.15.28 in the village of Smilets, Silistra municipality, with area of 21507 sq.m., lasting purpose agricultural, starting price 8 768.00лв. 3. 1/5 ideal parts of land property with identifier 67526.9.23 in the village of Smilets, Silistra municipality, with area of 7801 sq.m., sustainable agricultural use, starting price 3 600.00лв. 4. 1/5 ideal parts of land property with identifier 58699.60.25 in the village of Prof. Ishirkovo, Silistra municipality, with area of 9003 sq.m., sustainable agricultural purpose, starting price 3 888.00лв. The properties are burdened with a ban and a lease. The bid for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price and is paid in advance at the account of the private judicial contractor Georgi Georgiev. The bidding will take place in the office of the District Court-Silistra, and the bids can look at the properties every Monday and Thursday from 15.00 to 17.00 hours.
