Auction sale of land for building in Glavan, Silistra district

Public sale of real estate belonging to the debtor P.M.H. has been announced. The property is an empty yard with an area of 1230 sq.m, located in Glavan village, Galabovo municipality, Stara Zagora district. It is UPI S - 549 in sq.24 according to the village plan and borders with the end of regulation, UPI 1- 549, UPI P- 549 and UPI TU - 551 all in sq.24. The starting price of the property is BGN 2 160. All interested parties can examine the property every working day from 12:00 to 17:00 at the time of the sale, which will be held from 23.02.2023 to 23.03.2023 including in the office of the District Court - Galabovo. There are several burdens on the property in favor of O.F.B. EAD and the applicant in the current enforcement case. The buyers must report to the office of Galabovo District Court to review the books. According to Art. 489, para. 1 of the GPC, the participants in the bidding should contribute a task of BGN 1090 on the starting price for each property from which the sale begins. The account is deposited at the account of Private Judicial Artist Krastyo Angelov. According to Art. 488, para. 2 of the GPC, the sales papers are available in the office of the District Court of Galabovo and in the office of the private court contractor. The bidder can make only one bidding offer, and the proposals at a price below the starting price or exceeding it by more than BGN 3090 are invalid. The application for participation in the sale and the sealed envelope shall be submitted in an entry register of the office of the District Court of Galabovo. According to Art. 492, Paragraph 1 of the GPC on the next working day after the closing of the sale, the private court contractor will announce the received bidding proposals in the presence of the participants in the building of the District Court of Galabovo.
