The bidders may submit their proposals in a sealed envelope in the office of the Regional Court of Justice- Silistra during the public sale. Any person can make only one bidding offer. The sale ends at the end of the working hours of the last day, with bidding proposals being withdrawn so far. The proposals of persons without the right to participate, the proposals for a price below the starting price and those who exceed the starting price by more than 30% are invalid.
