Public sale of real estate belonging to the S.P. D., organized by the private judicial contractor Georgi Georgiev. The sale will take place between 13.01.2025 and 13.02.2025 in the office of the District Court-Silistra. The properties to be sold include: - 1/2 ideal parts of land property with identifier 00240.11.321 in the village of Apekovo, Alfatar municipality, with an area of 3739 sq.m.; - 1/2 ideal parts of land property with identifier 00240.11.322 in the village of Alekovo, Alphatar municipality, with an area of 2077 sq.m.; - 1/2 ideal parts of land property with identifier 00240.35.1 in the village of Alekovo, Alphatar municipality, with an area of 11302 sq.m. The properties have different uses - urbanized territory, agricultural land and other types of construction. The initial bidding prices are 3000 BGN, 1680 BGN and 9040 BGN respectively. On the properties are included property burdens in favor of "Banka DSK" EAD. The bid for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price and must be submitted in advance. The bidding proposals are accepted in an envelope in the office of the District Court-Silistra and will be announced after the deadline for submission. The bids can view the properties every Monday and Thursday from 15.00 to 17.00. The sale ends at the end of the working day on the last day of the announced period.
