The second property has an area of 11 215 sq.m. and is levels of land category 8. The third property has an area of 2,200 sq.m. and is levels with a category of land 8. All properties are a herbal and fruit manufacturing plant which has not been used for a year and is in poor condition. The properties are sold together in a group. The starting auction price for the three properties is 647 667,60 BGN. For a view of the properties is paid a fee of 24.00 BGN. The interested may attend the proceedings of the District Court - Veliki PRESSLAV for review of the papers or in the firm of the contractor. The tender fee shall be 10% of the starting price and shall be paid in advance to the contractor's account. The bid will be held on 21.02.2025 at 09:00 in RS - Veliki PESLAV.
