Public sale of real estate is announced in the village of Kochovo, municipality of Veliki Preslav, Shumen district. The property is owned by the debtor DECOM-T Ltd. with EIK 040033182 and consists of land estate with an area of 6185 sq. m, including its own place of 6075 sq. m. On the property there is a workshop for processing and storage of fruits and vegetables with built-up area of 997 sq. m. The starting auction price of the property is set at BGN 14 400. There are burdens on the price in favour of the creditors in executive cases. The interested may review the property every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00 after prior consultation with the bailiff. The 10% bid on the starting price must be submitted at the latest one day before the auction. The biders can make only one bidding offer, and proposals for a price below or above the start by more than 30% are invalid. The back-up goes back to the biders who are not declared buyers. Public sale will take place on 24.03.2023 at 11:00 in the District Court of Veliki Preslav.
