Auction sale of farmland in Drumevo, Shumen district

The first property is land with identifier Me 23813.63.45, with an area of 999 sq. m, located in the agricultural territory of the village of Drumevo, in the area of Kawakli. The second property has an identifier Me 23813.61.16, with an area of 10051 sq. m, located in the same agricultural territory of the village of Drumevo, in Kara Kushla locality. The third property has an identifier Me 23813.64.5, with an area of 11448 sq. m, also in the agricultural territory of the village of Drumevo, in the area of Kawakli. The initial prices of the properties are 20 000 BGN, 20 160 BGN and 23 200 BGN respectively. The interested may review the properties in the proceedings of the District Court - Shumen each present day and hour after payment of a fee of BGN 24.00. A view of the properties is possible every Tuesday and Thursday from 09:30 to 11:00. The call for tender shall be 10% of the starting price of the property and shall be paid in advance at the account of the private judicial contractor. The bidding proposals must be made in writing and in an envelope. Public sale will take place on 05.03.2025 at 09:00 in the building of the Regional Court - Shumen. The minutes of the tender will be drawn up in the presence of the bidders, announcing the buyer. If one of the bids offers a higher price orally, an oral bid will take place with a step in the amount of one call.
