The third property has an area of 4 000 decares, ninth category, in Choban Tarla locality in the village. Black peak, Smyadovo municipality, Shumen district, with starting price for bidding of 2 240,00 BGN. All properties are subject to restrictions and are prohibited in favour of the applicant in the case and other creditors. Participation in the sale requires a 10% claim on the starting price of the real estate. Offers for price are submitted to the office of the District Court of Veliki Preslav in a sealed envelope. On 14.02.2023 at 10:00 in the building of the District Court, Veliki Preslav will be held public sale in the presence of the appearers bidding, where the private court contractor will draw up a protocol and announce the buyer. In the event of an orally offered higher price than one of the bids, an oral bid will take place. The announced sale is led by Art. 489 and Art. 492 of the GPC.
