Public sale ends at the end of the working hours of the last day, with bidding proposals being withdrawn so far. In the case of a proposed price above BGN 29 337.45 (15 000 euros), the buyer must present a declaration of origin of the funds. The sale takes place in the presence of the bids, and in the event of a high price, the buyer must offer an additional bid. The declared buyers must pay the cost and charges of the tariffs, including a fee for drawing up a decree of award and state fees. The buyer also owes a fee for entering the award order.
