Public sale of real estate in the village of Pravishte, Municipality of United, District of Plovdiv was announced. Public sale will take place on 04.05.2023 at 14:30 in the building of the District Court in Plovdiv. The properties to be sold are the following: 1) Land property with identifier 58058.29.17, with area of 733 sq.m, intended for agricultural land and neighbours 58058.29.20, 58058.29.21 and others. 2) Land property with identifier 58058.29.70, with an area of 5000 sq.m, intended for agricultural land and neighbors 58058.29.01, 58058.29.60 and others. The price from which the bidding will start for the first property is 1320.21 BGN and for the second - 5375.97 BGN. The Padrakes must submit a bill of BGN 1099 to the contractor's bank account before they participate in the tender. Offers for price are submitted to the office of the District Court in Plovdiv. Each participant may examine the properties at a specified day and time, pre-defined by the private judicial contractor. Participation in the tender requires declarations of origin of funds and the actual owner of the legal person. The auction minutes shall be drawn up in accordance with the legislation.
