Public sale of real estate, owned by the debtor S.D.S. from the village of Yastrebovo was announced. The property is an empty yard located in the village of Yastrebovo, municipality of Opan, Stara Zagora district. All transfers of amounts above 30 000 BGN require submission of a declaration according to the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. The natural persons must submit a declaration under Art. 4 (7) and Art. 6 (5) (3) and the legal persons under Art. 59, para 1, item 3 of the ZMI.
