The participants in the public sale must appear in the hall of the district court in Byala, where the buyer will be announced. Within two weeks of the closing of the sale, the buyer must submit the price offered by him after deduction of the submitted bid. According to the legislation, after payment of the price by the buyer, the submitted bid is returned to the bids that have not been declared buyers.
