V. 1/2 ed. part of agricultural territory in Tetovo village, Ruse municipality, with initial price of 5 294.40 BGN VI. 1/3 ed. part of agricultural territory in Tetovo village, Ruse municipality, with initial price of BGN 5 499.20. The properties can be viewed every Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 during the public sale. The interested buyers must report to the Office of the Private Judicial Contractor in Ruse, 2 Lyubomir Pipkov Str. to review the documents and participate in the bidding. The bidding shall be made by submitting written proposals with a mandatory contribution of 10% of the starting price. The deadline for submitting bidding proposals shall end on the last working day of the sales period. The bids may be withdrawn by the end of the sale. Upon completion of the deadline for submission of bidding proposals, on 08.12.2023 at 09:00 in the building of Regional Court - Ruse will be announced the buyer who offered the highest price.
