Public sale of real estate, owned by KOWASKO-PRESOV ZAVOD AD, organized by the private court contractor Ivan Hadjivanov by Ruse District Court. The sale will take place from 06.01.2025 to 06.02.2025 and includes two regulated land properties in the town of Marten, Ruse municipality, Ruse district. The first property has an area of 10515 sq.m. and includes a two-ship concrete hall - a single-storey flooring workshop with a total built-up area of 8576 sq.m. The starting price of the first property is BGN 1 623 905.60. The second property has an area of 1941 sq.m. and includes a two-storey assembled construction - a domestic building to a blacksmith-press corps with built-up area of 588 sq.m. The starting price of the second property is 263 652.80 BGN. Both buildings have commercial buildings and are permanently used for production or warehouses. The properties can be reviewed every Thursday from 16:00 to 17:00 at the time of the sale. The interested buyers must report to the private court contractor's office in Ruse in order to participate in the bidding. The bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property. The bids may be withdrawn before the end of the sale. Upon completion of the sale, the buyer must submit the price offered by the buyer after deduction of the contribution. Bidding agents who have not been declared buyers receive back their submitted bid.
