The sale ends at the end of the working hours of the last day of the announced period and the bidding proposals can be withdrawn until now. The buyer's announcement shall take place within two weeks of the closing of the sale in the Byala District Court building. The bider, who is declared a buyer, must submit the price offered by him after deduction of the bid. In the case of payment by the bidder, the submitted bid shall be returned to the bids that have not been declared buyers.
