Public sale of real estate, owned by the debtor R.H.T., was announced for the benefit of the Agency for recovery of claims EAD. The property is located in the area "Pripeshki terraces," in the village of Pripek, Aksakovo municipality, Varna region. It consists of an ideal part of a specified land estate with an area of 666 sq.m., being an orchard living with other properties on a cadastral sketch. On the property there is a building on two floors with a total area of 24 sq.m., a cellar with an area of 15 sq.m. and a shelter with fence walls. The property has been banned from the enforcement case. The sale will be held in the building of Varna District Court from 21.11.2022 to 21.12.2022. Each bidder can make only one offer and the starting price is set at BGN 7 488.00. For participation in the sale is required a claim of 1096 BGN on the original price of the property. The proposals are submitted in the building of Varna District Court from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 11.00 hours. The bidding proposals must be presented with a receipt in a sealed envelope. After the deadline for submission of proposals is completed, the private court contractor will announce the buyer of the property. Those who wish to review the property can do so after prior agreement with the debtor from 21.11.2022 to 21.12.2022, paying a fee of BGN 24,00 with VAT. Companies with limited liability require a decision of the General Assembly to acquire a property with notary certification of signatures. In the event of a successful sale, the buyer must initiate a procedure to correct incompleteness and errors prior to the entry of the decree in question.
