The sale will be held in the building of the District Court General Toshevo from 13.06.2023 until the end of the working day on 13.07.2023. Participation in the bidding requires a deposit of 10% of the starting price in the E.B.A. bailout account. For transfers over 30 000 BGN, corresponding declarations under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering are required. The biders must present their proposal in a sealed envelope at 10:00 on 14.07.2023 at the District Court General Toshevo. The biders can offer a price above the starting amount, but not less than BGN 3090. In the event of bidding, the sale will be announced at the designated place in front of the present bidders.
