Public sale of real estate in Yasenovets village, Razgrad municipality, Razgrad district, owned by the debtor R.M.I. was announced. The second property has an area of 3001 sq.m., also with lasting purpose for agricultural levels, category of land 4, and initial price of 1980 BGN. It also includes weights as prohibited in favour of the applicants in the case, a lease contract for agricultural land and an established right to carry out deviations from common networks and technical infrastructure facilities. Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price. The bidding proposals are accepted at Razgrad District Court. The bids must indicate the property for which they bid, the price offered in figures and words, to apply a receipt for the submitted claim and to comply with the requirements of the law. The bidding proposals by persons who are not entitled to participate in the sale, proposals for a price below the starting price or exceeding it by more than 30% are invalid. The sale ends on 27.02.2025 and after the expiry of the period a written bidding bid is opened. The following working day is announced the buyer who has offered the highest price. Upon completion of the sale, the buyer must submit the entire amount after deduction of the call. In the event that any of the bidders increase the bid price after the buyer's announcement, this shall be reflected in the protocol.
