Public sale of real estate owned by the debtor C.G.D. has been announced. The property is located in the village of Oloche, Razgrad municipality, Razgrad district. The area of the property is 2073 sq.m. and includes a semi-massive residential building with two floors (basement and ground floor), with an area of 68 sq.m., an area of 15 sq.m. and a summer kitchen with an area of 12 sq.m. All current and future improvements and apparitions are included in the property. The initial price of the property is 280 000 BGN. On the real estate are registered a contractual mortgage and prohibited in favour of the applicant in the case. Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price to be paid by bank. The bidding proposals must be submitted to the Registry of the District Court in Razgrad.
