Auction sale of farmland in Brestovene, district Zavet

A public sale of real estate on D.G.'s property has been announced. D., organized by private judicial contractor G.A.S. with area of action District Court - Razgrad. The sale will take place in accordance with Art. 487 and the following from the GPC from 19.08.2024 to 17:00 on 19.09.2024. The properties to be sold include the following: 1. First property - i.e. from land property with identifier 06481.13.26 c. Brestovene, Testament municipality, Razgrad district, with an area of 18 884 sq.m. and an initial price of 10 170.00 BGN 2. Second property - i.e. from land property with identifier 06481.53.33.33 c. Brestovene, Testament municipality, Razgrad district, with an area of 19 003 sq.m. and an initial price of 11 120.00 BGN 3. Third property - i.e. from land property with identifier 06481.46.52 c. Brestovene, Tsvet municipality, Razgrad district, with an area of 8 357 sq.m. and an initial price of 4 300.00 BGN. All properties have a lasting purpose for agricultural activity category 3 of the land. There are included burdens on them - prohibited in favour of the applicants in the case and a lease contract on agricultural land with a duration of up to 30.09.2031. To participate in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price at the account of the private judicial contractor Georgi Stoyanov at the Central Co-operative Bank. The bidding proposals must be submitted through the District Court of Kubrat in a sealed envelope containing information about the item for which the bid is made, the price and receipt for the submitted claim. The sale ended on 19.09.2024, after which the bids, which had not been declared buyers, received the submitted bid back. A review of the property documents may take place at specified days and hours in the district court building.
