Brestovene, Covenant municipality, Razgrad district, area 19 003 sq.m., destination - agricultural land, category of land: 3. The initial price is 11 120.00 BGN 3. The third property is the fourth perfect part of land property with identifier 06481.46.52 c. Brestovene, Testament municipality, Razgrad district, with an area of 8 357 sq.m., destination - agricultural land, category of land: 3. The initial price is BGN 4 300.00. On all properties there are included burdens - prohibited in favour of the applicants in the case and a lease contract on agricultural land with a duration of up to 30.09.2031. Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price. The bidding proposals are submitted through the District Court of Kubrat. The bidder can only make one offer. Bidding proposals by persons without the right to participate in the sale, proposals for a price below the starting offer and exceeding the starting bid by more than 30% are invalid. The sale ended on 19.09.2024 on the last working day. The bidding offers will be opened on 20.09.2024 at 13:30 in the District Court of Kubrat. After the oral offer for a buyer of the property is exhausted, the highest bidder is announced, who must submit the proposed price after deduction of the call. After payment of the price, the submitted bid is returned to the non-bidders.
