Public sale of real estate, owned by T.G.T., organized by private court contractor Georgi Mihalev was announced. The sale will be held in the building of the District Court in Tsarevo from 24.01.2023 to 24.02.2003 inclusive. The properties that are sold include a second perfect part of the property right on an underground garage with an area of 30,93 sq.m. and an ideal part of a private site - garage with an area of 35 sq.m. in the town of Kiten, Primorsko municipality. The starting price of the sale is BGN 5 560 for each of the properties. The fee for participation in the sale is at the rate of 00 from the starting price and is paid in advance at the account of the court contractor Georgi Mihalev at the bank CCB.
