On the properties there are registered burdens, such as a lease and bans contract. It is mandatory to participate in the tender with a preliminary submission of BGN 1090. The bids may indicate their price and submit their offer with a receipt for the submitted bid. The bidding shall end at the end of the working hours of the last day, and the bidding proposals may be withdrawn at the latest within that time limit. In the case of a proposed price above EUR 15000, the bids must present a Declaration of Origin of Funds and a Declaration of the actual owner of a legal person.
