Property can be viewed every working day from 10:00 to 17:00. A task of BGN 1090 is required to participate in the sale. The bids must be presented in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted bid. Any bidder can make only one offer. The proposals must be submitted by 13.02.2023 by 17:00. The next day, the contractor will draw up a protocol and announce the buyer under the law. Bidding agents whose price is equal or exceeds EUR 15 000 must submit a declaration of origin of their funds under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.
