The second property is an ideal part of land property with identifier 77270.63.9 in the same area, with an area of 1023 sq.m., also for agricultural use. The third property is an ideal part of land property with identifier 77270.63.7 in Hisarya, with an area of 2697 sq.m., purpose - agricultural. All properties are in the "SINORA-02" area and have different neighbours and categories of land. To participate in the sale, buyers must submit a charge of 102 BGN on the starting price of the property concerned. The bids must submit documents and submit their proposals to the Plovdiv District Court office until 07.11.2024 inclusive. The bids can only make one offer that cannot be withdrawn after 17:00 on the same date. The bidding offer is invalid if the price is equal or lower than the starting bid.
