Public sale of real estate, owned by M.S.P., was announced to satisfy the claim of U.B.A.. The property is located in the village of Dubene, Karlovo municipality, Plovdiv district, with an area of 1000 sq.m., with sustainable agricultural levels, category of land second. The starting price for bidding is 200.00 BGN. Every day from Monday to Saturday during working hours on the last day of the sale the property can be viewed. For participation in the public sale requires a levy of 10% of the starting price to be paid in advance. The bids must present their offer in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted bid. A bidding party can only make one offer. Proposals by persons not entitled to participate in the sale and those below the starting price or above the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid. If the proposed price exceeds 30 000 BGN, the bids must present declarations of the origin of their funds under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. The sale will take place on 31.07.2024 at 15:00 in the building of Karlovo District Court.
