Both properties are burdened with different burdens, such as contractual mortgages and bans in favour of different creditors. The interested parties have the opportunity to review the properties every Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00 at the address in Koynare, 32B Nineth Street. Participation in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price at the Central Cooperative Bank. The biders should submit their proposals in a sealed envelope in the register of the District Court - Cherven Bryag. The sale will end on 14.09.2023 in the presence of the bids and the buyer will be announced in the minutes. In the event of an oral proposal for a higher price, the court contractor will reflect it in the minutes and conduct a bidding procedure.
