Auction sale of farmland in Aleko Konstantinovo, district Pazardzhik

Public sale of real estate belonging to N.K.P. has been announced. The properties to be sold include ideal parts of land property in the village of Debrashtitsa, Pazardzhik Municipality, Pazardzhik district. The first property has an area of 6900 sq. m. with territory for agricultural activity, the starting price is BGN 4790.80. The second property is also located in the village of Debrashtitsa and has an area of 1565 sq. m. with initial price of 3563.60 BGN. The third property with an area of 601 sq. m. is located in the same village and has an initial price of 165.20 BGN. The fourth property has an area of 303 sq. m. and is located in Bashov dol locality, the starting price is 83.20 BGN. The fifth property has an area of 999 sq. m. in the village of Aleko Konstantinovo, Pazardzhik Municipality, with initial price of 693.60 BGN. Those who wish to examine the property can do so every day or after a prior arrangement between 17.09.2024 and 17.10.2024. The bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property and the contribution must be made before the day of the tender. Any person may participate with one bidding offer for each property and the price shall not be lower than the starting price and shall not exceed 30% of the starting price. No persons may participate under certain legal paragraphs, officers of the regional court and staff of the private judicial contractor. The auction will be held on 18.10.2024 at the Regional Court in Pazardzhik, as buyers will be announced according to Art. 492, para. 1 of the GPC. In case the property is in an administrative area which is cadastrated, a sketch of the cadastral map will be attached to it. If the property is not properly photographed or applied in the cadastral, the buyer must correct this before entering the transaction.
