Auction sale of land for building in Karadzhalovo, Parvomay district

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Dragomira Mitrova, Reg. No 828, was announced in the framework of the implementation case H20158280400670 of OS-Plovdiv. The sale will take place from 01.10.2023 to 01.11.2023 and will end at the end of the working hours at 17:00 on 01.11.2023. The fee for participation in the sale is 100 BGN and is paid in advance on the account of the private court contractor. The bids must indicate the price offered by them with numbers and words and submit their offer with a receipt for the submitted bid in a sealed envelope. The opening of the proposals will take place on 02.11.2023 at 11:00 in the RS-Firstvomay building in the presence of those who appeared.
