The bids must provide a declaration on the origin of the money at the value of the property over 30 000 BGN. The proposals are accepted in the building of Lomski District Court of the Judicial Executive Office. The bids that take over the property will be announced in a protocol and announced buyers. Bids that do not exceed the starting price or bid by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. The sale will take place on 20.06.2023 at 13:30 in the presence of the participants.
