Public sale of two real estates, owned by the debtor A.V.A. by the village of Medkovets was announced. The first property is almost 1.131 decares of land with a production base and a building built in 1965, with an area of 184 sq.m. and intended for livestock activity. The starting price of this property is BGN 5 569.92. The second property has an area of 0.470 decares, with an industrial building built in 1989, with an area of 67 sq.m., including a shed, a living room, an entrance hall and a room for a cooling bath. The starting price of the second property is BGN 2 017.44. There are heavy burdens on the properties - mortgages in favor of C.C.B., prohibited by C.M.I. and the National Revenue Agency. Property sightings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 15:00 to 17:00. Written bidding proposals are accepted in the Judicial Executive Service at the Regional Court of Lom. A budget of 10% of the starting price must be submitted to C.C.B. AD. The proposals will be announced on 20.12.2024 in the building of the Regional Court of Lom.
