Public sale of a property organized by a private court contractor Annie Vasileva, OS-Montana region of action was announced. The sale will take place between 26.09.2023 and 26.10.2023 at the Montana District Court. At auction will be offered mortgaged property in the village of Dr. Yosifovo, owned by B.I.E. AD, for satisfaction of the claim of "UBB" AD, Sofia. The property includes land estate with an area of 40,226 decares, on which are located buildings and facilities for the production of sunflower oil, expeller and biodiesel. The buildings include factory building, steamhouse, trappost, pumped with tank, administrative building with scales, seed storage hall, metal shed, storage farm, plant oil reesterification installation and more. The property has infrastructure such as plumbing, electrification, local sewerage and is located near a main road. The buildings are in good condition and have different installations for heating, ventilation, etc. The interested may review the property every day from 10:00 to 4:00. An amount of 10% of the starting price of the property is required. Proposals for tender must be submitted in writing and include a receipt for the submitted claim, a certified copy of an identity card or an actual status certificate for legal persons. Bids exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. After closing the tender, the bids of more than 30 000,00 BGN are obliged to pay additional fees.
