The weights on the property are described in the CSI registry. The interested must pay an amount of BGN 24,00 with VAT to review the files of the properties in the office of CSI in Plovdiv. Real estate views will be held every Friday from 13:00 to 14:00 on the property site. The bid for participation in the sale is 1090 BGN above the price of the property and must be submitted in advance. The purchase proposals are accepted in the Register of Public Sales of RS - Parvomay by 17:00 on 05.08.2024. The bids must present declarations of origin of the funds and, at a price of more than 15 000 euros, for the actual owner. On 06.08.2024 a protocol will be drawn up at 14:00 and the buyer will be announced.
