Auction sale of farmland in Graf Ignatievo, Maritsa district

There was a public sale of several land properties in the village of Graff Ignatievo, Maritsa municipality, Plovdiv district. The properties are sustainable agricultural land and are located in different areas such as Lichev Chiflik, Popski Gerren and Gorata. Each property has its own unique identifier and area. The initial prices of the properties are determined according to Art. 485, para.4 GPC and differ for each of them. The properties are burdened with mortgages and bans that are recorded on them. For participation in the sale is required the amount of BGN 1090 on the starting price of the property. The account is deposited at the account of the Private Judicial Contractor Boyka Andreeva at Central Cooperative Bank AD. Participants must submit a bidding proposal indicating their data, a description of the property and the price proposed. The bids can view the properties every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 15:00 to 18:00 and make a review after a preliminary request. The public sale will take place on 23.05.2023 in the building of Plovdiv District Court, where the bidding offers will be opened and the buyer will be announced. Participants must comply with the rules laid down and submit the necessary documents and means of participation in the tender.
