Public sale of property organized by private judicial contractor Ivan Strumski of the District Court of Stara Zagora was announced. The sale will take place from 9:00 p.m. on 13.08.2023 to 17:00 p.m. on 15.09.2023 in the Kazanlak District Court building. The public sale is for fulfillment of a lawsuit and includes property and movable property belonging to "GHODINOV" Ltd. The property is located in the village of Yulievo, Muglij municipality, Stara Zagora district and includes land estate with an area of 1,382 sq.m. and the building for milk processing with an area of 701.00 sq.m. and an area of 799.63 sq.m. The composition of the property includes movable items as technological equipment for the production of milk and dairy products. The starting price of the property is 380 025 BGN, sold as a whole. In the event of bidding and achieving a higher price than the starting price, the values of the items shall be formed on the basis of the values set out in the starting price. The interested may report to the contractor's office every day. An amount of 10% of the starting price for participation in the sale is required. The sale lasted one month and ended on 13.09.2023. Then the next working day the bidding offers are announced and the buyer is defined as the highest bidder. Each bidder has the opportunity to offer a higher price after the buyer's announcement. When the offers run out, the highest bidder is declared to be the buyer.
