Auction sale of land for building in Borushtitsa, Maglizh district

Public sale of real estate, owned by B.H.S., organized by private judicial contractor Margarita Dimitrova was announced. The sale will take place at the Regional Court of Kazanlak, including property in the village of Borushtitsa, Muglij municipality, Stara Zagora district. The bids must be presented in a sealed envelope in the office of the Regional Court in Kazanlak. The sale will take place on 11.04.2025 before the court contractor at the Kazanlak District Court, as the highest bidder will be declared a buyer. In the case of a new proposal for a higher price, it must be the size of a task.
