Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Velislav Petrov was announced. The sale will take place from 10.12.2024 to 10.01.2025 in Lovech District Court. The property to be sold belongs to V.M.M. and is located in Sopot village, Ugurchin municipality, Lovech district. It consists of holiday land with an area of 551 sq. m. and a building with an area of 51 sq. m., designed for a residential single-family building. The starting price of the property is 3200 BGN. The property is subject to property burdens entered in the Lovech Registry Office. Those wishing to examine the property can do so every day or after prior arrangement within the term of the sale. To participate in the tender, the bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property. Proposals for participation in the tender shall be submitted to the Office of the Lovech District Court by the end of the term of sale. The biders must submit their proposal in a sealed envelope containing an import note for the submitted bid. Each bidder can make only one offer and its price should not exceed the starting amount by more than 30%. A declaration of origin of the funds is required for amounts exceeding 15 000 euros. The sale of the property will take place on 13.01.2025 in Lovech district court. The bidder who wins at the auction has to pay a high amount as one round.
