Auction sale of land for building in Rumyantsevo, district Lukovit

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Rumen Dimitrov, with Reg.No880 of CCCI, in the area of action OS Lovech was announced. The sale will be held to satisfy the claims of T.N.L. and the Municipality of Lukovit, owners of the debtor A.G.L. Ltd. The real estate to be sold is located in Rumyantsevo, Lukovit municipality, Lovech district. 1. The first property has identifier 63327.231.1, with area 5121 sq.m. and durable use for another type of manufacturing warehouse. On the property there are built two industrial buildings with built area of 720 sq.m. and 716 sq.m. The initial selling price is 252 816 BGN without VAT included. 2. The second property has an identifier 63327.501.829, with an area of 2075 sq.m. and a lasting purpose for a sports field. The starting selling price is BGN 10 800 with VAT included. On the properties there are different burdens entered in favor of different persons. The requirement to participate in the public sale is 10% of the starting price for each property and is pre-exported by bank transfer. The participation documents shall be submitted to the Lukovit District Court. The sale will take place on 19.12.2024 in the building of the Court of Justice in the town of Lukovit. Bidding agents must present a Declaration of Origin of their funds under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering. The auction will be held in accordance with Art. 492 and Art. 493 of the GPC. The buyer must submit the price offered by him within two weeks after his declaration as a buyer by subtracting the amount paid.
