The properties are loaded with records in the public entries. Participation in the tender with a deposit of 10% of the starting price is mandatory, which must be submitted in advance. The participation documents shall be submitted to the Lukovit District Court. The auction will be held on 14.12.2023 in the building of the Court of Justice in Lukovit. The bids must submit a Declaration of Origin of the funds and the actual owner to a legal person. The procedure will be carried out according to Art. 492 and Art. 493 of the GPC.
