Land property with identifier 63327.501.829, with area 2075 sq.m., purpose: sports field. The starting selling price is BGN 14240. The properties are burdened with different entries and mortgages for the benefit of different persons. For a view of the properties a preliminary arrangement is needed with the artist Rumen Dimitrov. The bidding proposals will be reviewed on 14.12.2023 in the building of PC Lukovit. An amount of 10% of the starting price for each site is mandatory.
