Auction sale of farmland in Kazachevo, district Lovech

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Velislav Petrov was announced. The sale will take place in the Lovech District Court from 07.05.2024 to 07.06.2024, 17:00. The properties sold are described in Protocol of 24.01.2022 and belong to V.V. and R.D.V. Each property is assigned with an identifier and has different characteristics such as area, location and purpose. The initial prices for the properties are indicated in BGN and pennies. Those who wish can look at the property every day or after prior arrangement at the time of the sale. To participate in the tender, the bids must pay 10% of the starting price of the property. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope in the office of the Lovech District Court by the end of the working hours of 07.06.2024. Each bidder can make only one offer and the price cannot exceed the starting price by more than 30%. On 10.06.2024 will be announced the buyer of the property, allowing a high offer from other participants.
