The properties to be sold are as follows: 1. plot with identifier 40837.135.25, area 3 705 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 1 922 BGN. 2. plot with identifier 40837.157.54, area 8 976 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 4 658 BGN. 3. plot with identifier 40837.222.14, area 4 299 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 2 232 BGN. 4. plot with identifier 40837.233.10, area 7 149 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 3 708 BGN. 5. plot with identifier 40837.267.10, area 2 627 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 1 361 BGN. 6. plot with identifier 40837.90.41, area 1 999 sq.m., agricultural purpose - starting price 619 BGN. The participation of the bids with a deposit of 10% of the starting price is mandatory, which is imported in advance by bank transfer. The bidding proposals will be examined on 18.09.2023 in the building of Lovech District Court. The bidders must present their documents for participation and their proposals in a sealed envelope. The sale protocol will be drawn up in the presence of the bidding parties and the highest bid will determine the buyer. If the proposed price exceeds 30 000 BGN, the bidder must present declarations of origin of the funds. The procedure will be conducted according to Art. 492 and Art. 493 of the GPC by Private Judicial Contractor Rumen Dimitrov.
