The sale will take place on 24.02.2023 in Lovech District Court, as a view of the properties can be made after prior agreement with the private court contractor. A deposit of 10% of the initial selling price is required for participation in the auction. The bids must submit a document on the deposit deposited and submit their bidding offer in a sealed envelope. Any bidder can make only one offer. The proposals are submitted to the office of Lovech District Court.
