Those who wish to participate in the tender must submit a fee of 10% of the starting price of the property. Proposals for tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the office of Trojan District Court until 14.08.2023. Each bidder can offer only one price which cannot exceed the starting price by more than 30%. On 15.08.2023 will be announced the buyer of the property.
