Auction sale of farmland in Dalbok dol, district Troyan

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Velislav Petrov was announced. The property to be sold is owned by Petko Lalev and is located in the village of Deep Dol, Troyan Municipality, Lovech District. The first property has an area of 1710 sq. m., intended for agricultural land - meadow. The starting price for this property is 920.00 BGN. The second property has an area of 3000 sq. m., intended for agricultural land - levels. The starting price for it is 3,312.00 BGN. The third property has an area of 1500 sq. m., also intended for agricultural land - levels, with an initial price of 1,200.00 лв. To participate in the tender, the bidders must submit a pre-order of 10% of the starting price of the property. Proposals for tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the office of Trojan District Court until 13.03.2023. Each bidder may offer only one price which may not exceed the starting amount by more than 30%. A declaration of origin of the funds must be provided if necessary for the translation of amounts exceeding EUR 15 000. The sale of real estate will take place on 14.03.2023 in the Trojan District Court building. The buyer offering a higher price than the starting price shall be determined at the auction.
